Vartabed Der Barthogimeos Taqadjian of Frnuz (1851 – 1924), one of the spiritual and military leaders of the 1895-1896 Zeytun Grand Uprising. He was the resident monk in Frnuz’s Surp Garabed Vank from 1890-1895, then from 1908-1915.
