What does “Veri Tagh” mean?

Veri Tagh means:
Veri: up the hill
tagh: village
so kind of : ” the village up the Hill ”
I believe there are references like talas in Kayseri / Gesaria called like that.
By the way, do you have any referances to Makruhi K. Gülbekyan of Sultan Gulbenkyan from Talas / gesaria – kayseri born in 1800’s.
