I send my warmest greetings to all of you. I am a Kurd born in Vartinis , like to know if anyone could provide me further information about the deportation of the Armenian from Vartenis. And if there are living relatives of the deported people? I heard some stories from my grandfather but can not verify them. In Vartenis there still is the old graveyard of the Armenian people , and on the top of a hill there is something called “gevira deriki” , it was something like a little church.
