I am curious about the Kaloustian house in Arapkir. My father, Masis Kaloustian, was from there. His father’s name was Migerdich, and his grandfather’s name was Arakael. Masis arrived in Philadelphia in 1915. He was around 9 years old. He spoke about seeing his house burning while on the march. He also spoke of an older sister his family left in a cave while on the march, who was married to either an Englishman or an American. He never knew if she survived. I wonder if the Kaloustian’s I am seeing in California may be related?
